For the past several weeks, I've had the pleasure of collaberating with Jacquie at Tallgrass Prairie Studio on her new pattern, Give Peace a Chance Quilt.
Give Peace a Chance by Jacquie Gering of Tallgrass Prairie Studio
My part was very small but oh, so much fun! Jacquie sent me an advance copy of the pattern to create no-hassle fabric bundles to go along with her easy-to-understand pattern. She's sharing the pattern with all of us at no cost. How awesome is that? Thank you for being so generous, Jacquie! (see below to download the pattern)
Now, if you've ever wanted to start quilting or just dip your toes in for a try, here's your chance - a no fail pattern from an oh-so-talented quilter and hand-picked fabric all wrapped together with a bow! No excuses - now is the time to start, try, re-try or start again!
So, here's what I have for you . . . two types of bundles.
FAT BUNCH - this is a small bundle of 9 fat quarters to piece the top of the quilt. You'll need to add the background fabric, backing and binding on your own. (And of course, the batting, thread, pins . . .)
QUILT BUNDLE - this bundle includes all the fabric you need to make a 60"x60" Give Peace a Chance Quilt from beginning to end - blocks to binding - just like Jacquie's shown above. (Again, you'll need batting and other supplies.)
Of course, you can always choose your favorite prints or feel free to contact me at tammy@mamaladefabrics.com if you have any questions or would just like a little help.
Multi Pink (choose from a Fat Bunch or Quilt Bundle)
Marmalade Mix (choose from a Fat Bunch or Quilt Bundle)

Now, check out the back of Jacquie's quilt
What a finale!

Okay, let's give peace a chance and spread it around, as well. I'm going to spread it over the back of my sofa and maybe the spare bed, too. Now that I think of it, I can find lots of places to spread peace!

Your bundles and the quilt(and the pattern) are amazing!
